About the Opportunity: Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer (vCISO)

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and want your expertise to make a tangible difference for a variety of organizations? Join iCorps Technologies as a virtual CISO (vCISO) and help clients strengthen their security and compliance posture. This is a remote, flexible position offering opportunities to work with diverse industries and directly influence our clients� cyber resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and enhance clients� security posture and cyber risk environment.
Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures.
Provide governance, compliance, and risk management guidance.
Oversee incident response and support business continuity planning.
Advise clients and stakeholders on security best practices and emerging threats.
Lead security awareness training for client teams.
Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor�s degree in any relevant field (cybersecurity, IT, business, etc.) OR equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or risk management, with some exposure to strategy or team leadership.
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.) and willingness to grow further.
At least one security certification is preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA), but not required; demonstrable experience will also be considered.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Desire to learn, adapt, and help clients meet their ever-evolving security needs.
